How do we book an experience?
It's easy, promise! Click here to see upcoming The Spirit Circle events and pick a date that suits you!
Are gift vouchers available?
Yes! Both Sensorium and Belfast By The Glass make the perfect gifts for the people in your life who love trying new experiences.
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase HERE.
If you are buying a few vouchers and only know the name of one of the recipients, simply write 'Guest' in the name field.
All Taste and Tour NI Gift Vouchers (including experiences by The Spirit Circle) can be redeemed against any of our tours. We can post them in a fancy holder and envelope first class or email them to you. If you opt for postage, you get them emailed too.

Where is The Spirit Circle located?
The Spirit Circle is located on 62 High Street Belfast - above the National Bar. There is a separate door to the right of the building with a bronze The Spirit Circle plaque.
What if I'm running late?
The experience commences as close to the scheduled start time as possible, so please be on time! Just like a movie, we have to start without you.
If you are running late, give us a call and let us know that you're coming to join us and we will do our best to catch you up.
How do I amend my booking?
You can amend your booking (for example changing date, guest name or dietary requirements) within your account page on our website.
Up to 72 hours before your experience start time you can make up to two changes to your booking date by logging into your account and changing the date yourself. Any additional changes after that will have to be authorised by The Spirit Circle. Authorisation will be permitted at the discretion of The Spirit Circle however we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee due to the additional administration involved.

How do I cancel my booking?
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the tour start time, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or call 028 90 457 723 as soon as possible and we will contact the waitlist to resell your ticket. If your ticket is resold, we will rebook you on to another experience.
You must contact us to cancel after the 72-hour cancellation deadline. We can only rebook you if we resell your ticket. If we can’t resell your ticket, we will credit your Taste & Tour account with 70% of your ticket price if you contact us between 71 hours - 48 hours before your experience, 60% if over 24 hours and finally, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your tour, 50% of your experience price.

Where does Belfast by the Glass take place?
On the first floor of our beautiful building on 62 High Street in Belfast.
How many drinks are included?
There are 6 drinks included in Belfast by the Glass - one with each chapter of the story. These are all different styles of drinks and cocktails using a range of local products from breweries and distilleries.
I don’t drink alcohol, can I still join the experience?
Absolutely! We have worked hard to make sure all of our experiences are fully inclusive and you’ll be served premium non-alcoholic drinks for all chapters. When booking please note your preference regarding alcohol in the Dietary Requirements section.
Is there food?
Afraid not! This is a drinks experience so we’d recommend having a bite to eat before you visit us.
How long is the experience?
The Belfast By The Glass experience is approximately 90 minutes long, split into 6 different chapters, stories and relevant drinks.

Sensorium starts on the second floor of our beautiful building on 62 High Street in Belfast.

The Sensorium experience is approximately 2.5 hours long. Time flies when you’re having fun!

Absolutely! We have worked hard to make sure all of our experiences are fully inclusive and you’ll be served premium non-alcoholic drinks for all chapters. When booking please note your preference regarding alcohol in the Dietary Requirements section.
Is the alcohol-free option still accurate to my sensory preferences?
Yes! Since the science is related to your sensory preferences as opposed to direct alcohol brands, you’ll experience no difference in the quality of your experience should you opt for an alcohol-free version.
Every cocktail and serve that we make looks the same as the alcohol version - and tastes just as good - which is something that’s really important to us. Our aim is to make this experience inclusive to all, regardless of alcohol preferences.

Can I do the experience more than once?
Yes! We’ve had people do the Sensorium experience multiple times and each time they’ve found it really interesting to see how their drink changes.
The cocktails and the drinks experience changes seasonally too, meaning when you come to do the experience again, you’ll experience it with different drinks along the way.
